Suggested Allocation of awards
Winner of the John MacDonald trophy the trophy (to be held for 1 year) plus 2 free ride tokens .
Winner of the blue route at the Paul Glendenning Shield trial the Shield (to be held for 1 year) and a replica award . Winner of the expert route if there are more than 5 adult  finishers a free ride in future trial.
Both trophies to be collected at or before the relevent trial once the winner has been confirmed take the trophy or part of to be engraved . Get a receipt for cost of engraving to give to Phil when reimbursed .
Allocation of points and awards in the winter (6t9) and Summer (Trials Mag UK )
Points shall be allocated as ACU regs 20, 17, 15, 13, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5 ,4, 3, 2, 1 in each round of the championships .
- to adult riders irrespective of class riding the expert route
- to adult riders irrespective of class riding the green route
- to adult riders irrespective of class riding the yellow route
- to adult riders irrespective of class riding the blue route
- to adult riders irrespective of class riding the white route
- to youth riders irrespective of class/age riding the expert route
- to youth riders irrespective of class/age riding the green route
- to youth riders irrespective class/age riding the yellow route
- to youth riders irrespective of class/age riding the blue route
- to youth riders irrespective of class/age riding the white route
A riders lowest score will be deducted if the championship has had more than three rounds .
Trophies (or free rides) will be presented to the winner if there has been more than 10 riders completing at least 2 rounds
Trophies (or free rides) will be presented to the winner and second place rider if there has been more than 20 riders completing at least 2 rounds
Trophies (or free rides) will be presented to the winner, second place rider and third place rider  there has been more than 10 riders completing at least 2 rounds
Some discretion should be made in presentation of awards for youth riders .
Also it is in fact as cheap under recent deals to buy three awards 1st 2nd and 3rd than 1 single award so again discretions can be made .

Ken Eyre trophy presented to the club by Ken given to the expert winner of the March trial there is a lid for this .Last engraved in 2016
Len Eyre trophy presented to the club by Ken or his dad Len  given to the expert winner of the feb trial there .Last engraved in 2016
Paul Glendenning trophy presented to the club on the sad death of club member Paul by his wife Tegan . Presented to the winner of the blue route at the Paul Glendenning trophy trial normally held in December .

John MacDonald trophy present to the 2017 winner Chris Pearson
Originally the Gleaves Motor Trophy (I think Gleave Motors was a car sales business on Buxton road many years ago) Andy MacDonald paid for the re- chroming and naming of the trophy in honour of his Father ex Chairman and Treasure of the Club John. Annually presented to the winner by Andy at the Northern Experts trial in 2018 that is Richard Timperley .
Committee Cup ( Inter ) at present with 2016/17 winner Josh Atkinson last engraved in 2015 . The Hyde Motor Club Committee Cup first presented in 1951 to H Clarke .
